Julie Morelli, water and waste department manager at POWER Engineers, discusses the connection between groundwater and stormwater, NPDES permitting and water quality concerns. Morelli was also presented with the Outstanding Professional Award at this year's IECA conference, so she touches on that honor as well as her career.
